This agreement is a legal contract between you and Paofu VPN (the “Service Provider”) regarding downloading, installing, accessing, and using the App and related network connectivity services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, trademarks, interface, and technical materials belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for protecting device security and account credentials and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted plugins that may create security risks.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you may also be subject to those third parties’ terms and privacy rules.
Service availability depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by account arrears, data limits, carrier outages, local network configuration, or poor signal quality. Use outside Wi-Fi or while roaming may generate mobile data or roaming charges, which are the user’s responsibility.
Users are responsible for their own usage and must comply with applicable laws and regulations. We work to maintain route information and client compatibility, but network status, third-party platform rules, and regional restrictions may change. To preserve security and functionality, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend, adjust, or terminate service within a reasonable scope.
Digital Service Non-Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Paofu VPN. Before purchase, please use the free experience, plan descriptions, and your own network environment to evaluate whether the service meets your needs.
Non-Refund Policy: Once a digital service, subscription right, or access entitlement has been activated, the transaction is considered complete and is generally non-refundable.
Product Evaluation: We encourage users to test the free version, demos, or shorter plans before buying a longer subscription, so speed, nodes, and device compatibility can be verified first.
Customer Support: If you experience connection, installation, subscription, or node issues, contact support and we will help troubleshoot with actionable guidance.
Technical Issues: If temporary technical problems occur, we will try to repair the issue or provide alternative routes. A technical issue alone does not automatically create a refund right.
Unauthorized Use: No refund will be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital access rights are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.
Policy Changes: We may update this refund policy for business or compliance reasons. Updated terms take effect after publication on the website.
