This Privacy Policy explains how Paofu VPN (referred to as “this Service,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when providing the mobile application (the “App”) and related network connectivity services.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect information necessary to operate the service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. In some cases, approximate location may be used to recommend a better route. These data are used for: 1. Node recommendation based on Paofu VPN routing availability; 2. Performance improvement through anonymized aggregate analysis; 3. Service notices such as security updates, account messages, or product changes sent through your registered email or account.

We only provide aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. We do not share personally identifiable information except when: 1. Required by legal process or regulation; 2. Necessary to protect users, the public, or platform security; 3. Working with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, you may uninstall the App through your device’s standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention window afterward. To cancel your account or request deletion of personal information, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and operational review measures to protect data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements, product changes, or business process adjustments. Please review this page periodically.
